LNG Plant
We were part of a multi-discipline team to provide process engineering and process safety expertise to investigate and provide opinion on alleged design shortcomings in the design of a LNG plant. The dispute related to gas venting, compression equipment, and safety deficiencies during commissioning. We wrote 5 expert witness reports and testified to the arbitration hearing at the International Centre For Dispute Resolution in New York.
Waste to Energy Plant
We advised the defendant’s lawyers on ATEX compliance matters and equipment design in relation to materials to be used in a waste to energy plant, and gave evidence to the High Court (Technology and Construction) in London.
